100% Chenin Blanc. A naturally sparkling wine that's as convivial as Catherine & Pierre themselves! Hints of peaches and citrus fruits, a melody sewn together by golden bubbles.

2022 Vouvray La Dilettante Sec (Dry)

100% Chenin Blanc. Fresh and ripe from clay and flint soils. The happy medium between the minerality of the terroir, the acidity of the wine, and the maturity of the grapes. Notes of nectarine, quince, and peach.

2021 Vouvray Les Pierres Rousses

100% Chenin Blanc from old vines, fermented and aged in large, neutral oak barrels. Dry, yet textural and rich. Notes of ripe guava, honeysuckle, wet stones, white flowers.

2022 Bourgueil Avis de Vin Fort

100% Cabernet Franc grown in gravely soils. Made in a Clairette (very dark rosé or light red) style. After a brief (1 week) maceration the wine is aged in neutral barrels briefly for about 4 to 6 months prior to bottling without filtration. Light and silky as a feather, Avis de Vin Fort will blow you over with notes of crushed raspberries, strawberries, and just a hint of bell pepper.

2022 Bourgueil Trinch!

100% Cabernet Franc. “Trinch” is named after a German expression meaning “cheers” championed by the poet and philosopher Rabelais. Trinch! is a Cabernet Franc from younger vines vinified in stainless steel with a cold maceration. It is made for early consumption and typically has very accessible fruit, soft tannins and low alcohol. Bottled in the Spring after harvest. Notes of red berries and fruit, herbs, and hints of pepper.

2022 IGP Val de Loire Grolleau

100% Grolleau. New to the Breton portfolio, this Grolleau goes through carbonic maceration for 15 days producing a light, fresh wine, full of red fruit. The perfect summer sipper with low alcohol (11%) makes it ideal to chill and enjoy at your next backyard hang.

2021 Chinon Les Beaux Monts

100% Cabernet Franc. This Chinon is sourced from the village of Beaumont. The vinification and élevage take place in wooden vats and barriques. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered after one year in wood, in the early Fall before harvest. Notes of red and black plums, strawberries and a touch of cured meat.

2021 Bourgueil La Dilettante

100% Cabernet Franc. The 'Dilettante' line is Catherine's personal project. Similar to the Trinch but vinified using whole-cluster, carbonic maceration without sulfur. Another wine meant for immediate consumption, low alcohol, low-sulfur, pure Cabernet Franc. Aged in cement eggs and bottled unfiltered in the Spring after harvest. Slightly lifted notes of raspberry, mid-summer strawberries, raspberry leaf, and leather.

2020 Bourgueil Nuits d'Ivresse

100% Cabernet Franc. Nuits d’Ivresse “Drunken Nights” is made with fruit from selected old vines from top clay and limestone sites in Bourgueil. The wine is fermented and aged for one year in barriques before being bottled the following December a little over a year after harvest. This wine is an homage to the methods of Jules Chauvet and does not see a drop of sulfur throughout its lifetime (harvest, vinification, bottling). Intense notes of red berries, plums, spice, and bell pepper.

2020 Bourgueil Clos Sénéchal

100% Cabernet Franc. Clos Sénéchal is a top terroir bottling from the Breton estate. It marries concentrated flavours from old-vine fruit with the freshness lent to it by healthy clay, limestone, and tuffeau (the famed chalky limestone that much of the Loire sits atop) soils. The resulting wine is showing notes of fresh and cooked red fruit, spice, and earth.

2019 Bourgueil Les Perrières

100% Cabernet Franc from Breton's oldest vines (~70 y/o) situated mid-slope on a prized and beautiful south-facing hill in Bourgueil, the vineyard's aspect guarantees the fruit's optimal ripeness each year. This aspect, coupled with low yields results in an exceptionally complex wine. Decant before enjoying.
